Burger King workers busted after spitting on cop's Whopper. Two Burger King employees have been fired for spitting in an Oregon sheriff deputy's burger. Clark County Sheriff's Deputy Edward Blysma filed a lawsuit in federal court Tuesday. He claims that he found the spit on his Whopper after receiving the sandwich at a Vancouver, Washington Burger King operated by franchisee Kaizen Restaurants. Blysma tested the sample and found a match in his department's DNA database. Kaizen investigated the incident after Blysma complained and ultimately fired two employees. One of them was Gary Herb, the man whose DNA matched the phlegm in...

Jesse Jackson (on an off-air mic before "Fox & Friends") and Whoopi Goldberg (and another host on "The View") have raised the cultural language debate to a new level: Who has the right to say the N-word? Their answer: Blacks can, but whites can't. Unfortunately, this derogatory debate has degraded into Don Imus on steroids. I agree with a lot that Whoopi had to say about the imbalances between the races. But I disagree with her for going off on an intentional N-word marathon, which was bleeped out repeatedly in order to demonstrate her point. There's a reason her diatribe...

No churches should be permitted in Saudi Arabia, unless Pope Benedict XVI recognised the prophet Mohammed... "It would be possible to launch official negotiations to construct a church in Saudi Arabia only after the Pope and all the Christian churches recognise the prophet Mohammed." "If they don't recognise him as a prophet, how can we have a church in the Saudi kingdom?" Ashiqi's comments came after a declaration launched by the papal nuncio of the Persian Gulf, the archbishop Mounged El-Hachem, at the opening of the first Catholic church in Qatar last week. El-Hachem estimated three to four million Christians...

DETROIT The NAACP held a symbolic funeral in Detroit 63 years ago for Jim Crow. The civil rights organization will do the same this summer for the "N" word, the Rev. Wendell Anthony said Sunday. The announcement by Anthony, president of the civil rights organization's Detroit branch, came shortly before the start of the annual Fight for Freedom Fund Dinner. He said members and supporters of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People will conduct services and a "eulogy" for the racial slur. Jim Crow was the systematic, mostly Southern practice of discrimination against and segregation of...

MOSCOW. Oct 5 (Interfax) - A "unilateral" U.S. law to use sanctions against states cooperating with Iran "impedes the work of the sextet in its collective format," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Thursday. Lavrov was speaking to reporters ahead of a planned meeting in London of the sextet - Russia, the United States, Britain, France, China, and Germany -- which are seeking to prevent Iran from developing nuclear weapons. "We had an agreement that we would do everything together, including analyzing the situation and working out means of pressure. What has happened has happened. We'll see what can...
